For as long as I can remember, I’ve believed in the power of surrounding yourself with great talent and great people. When you want to learn, grow, or build something meaningful you go to the professionals. You go to the people who care as much as you do.

My career has taken me through many chapters: business development, project management, event planning, grant writing, business startups, marketing, and management. Each role taught me something different, and together they shaped the work I do today - helping business owners communicate who they are with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I fell in love with economic development in my early twenties, and that passion has never left me. Some of my proudest moments come from watching the long-term ripple effects of the work I’ve done:

• A newly married couple launching a dream business that’s still thriving decades later.

• Incentive programs and grant funding that brought new jobs and new life to underserved areas.

• Helping nonprofits share their message and expand their impact in the community.

Those experiences taught me something important:
Helping one person creates a ripple that touches many.
